Information, not endorsement

Details go stale, businesses change hands, and reviews can be wrong, so verify anything that matters (credentials, pricing, availability) with the business itself before you commit. Editorial content, scores, and the compiled directory are the property of Swift Strike Pest Media. We do not claim ownership of the public reviews the analysis is derived from (those remain with their authors), nor of any business name or trademark that appears in a listing.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Swift Strike Pest Media is not liable for losses arising from your use of the site, from reliance on the information in it, or from your dealings with any business you find through it. Your agreement with a business you engage is between you and that business. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
